1. General

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all rental agreements between Mobifurn and the tenant.
1.2. By renting furniture from Mobifurn, the tenant agrees to these conditions.

2. Rental Period and Termination

2.1. The minimum rental period is one (1) month.
2.2. After the minimum rental period, the rental agreement can be extended monthly or terminated with a notice period of 7 days.
2.3. Upon termination of the rental agreement, the furniture will be collected by appointment.

3. Delivery and Collection

3.1. The furniture will be delivered to the address specified by the tenant. The delivery time is on average within one (1) week after confirmation of the order.
3.2. When collecting the furniture, a one-time transport fee will be charged. The amount of this fee depends on the location and will be communicated in advance.

4. Use and Liability

4.1. The tenant must use and maintain the furniture with care.
4.2. Any damage or defects that occur during the rental period will be recovered from the renter. This does not apply to normal wear and tear due to regular use.
4.3. The tenant may not sublet, sell or place the furniture at another address without written permission from Mobifurn.

5. Takeover of Furniture

5.1. The tenant has the option to take over the furniture at an attractive takeover price.
5.2. If the tenant is interested in taking over the property, he/she can contact Mobifurn to discuss the price and conditions.

6. Payment

6.1. The rental price is invoiced monthly in advance and must be paid within 7 days.
6.2. In the event of late payment, Mobifurn reserves the right to charge additional costs or to unilaterally terminate the agreement.

7. Cancellation and Changes

7.1. Cancellation of an order is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the planned delivery.
7.2. Changes in the rental period or choice of furniture can be made in consultation with Mobifurn, depending on availability.

8. Disputes and Applicable Law

8.1. These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
8.2. Disputes between Mobifurn and the tenant will initially be resolved by mutual agreement. If this does not work, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
